Information has emerged that the decision on the Mowbreck Lane planning application will be taken after the County Council elections in June. Which is interesting news. It means a Conservative Controlled County could put it’s political weight against the application and thus strengthen the case for rejection.
Just for clarity, I am against this application and the Labour Government’s inspired housing targets. This has lead to the loss of greenspace in the Fylde and puts pressure on planning authorities to allow house building on greenspaces. I am totally opposed to house building on greenspace.
