Rural Fylde Conservatives are pleased that at long last and after months of lobbying, e-mailing, writing and even nagging, the pavements of Wesham are being resurfaced.  This work started on Monday and will continue until finished.

Commenting, Councillor Simon Renwick said,

“I am over the moon that this is happening.  It’s been a long time coming. The visual aspects of Wesham’s patchwork pavements have been improved enormously.  It is just sad that we’ve had to wait all this time, while Labour East Lancs just have to snap their fingers.  I think this is another example why we need a Conservative Controlled County Hall, as only the Conservatives can stop Labour.”
