There is to be a public meeting on the 18th March to discuss possible future funding arrangements.  The meeting starts at 19:30 at Kirkham Community Centre.  Although it is essential that the public become involved in keeping the baths, it is perhaps more essential that the baths are used by people to show increased use and decreased loss. Councillor Simon Renwick is also calling a meeting.  The meeting is being organised by Fylde Borough Council Officers and will have invited guest who can add to the debate of the future funding of the baths outside the council.

Commenting, Councillor Simon Renwick said,

“I look forward to seeing many people at the Public meeting and hope a useful conclusion can be reached.  To keep the baths open we all have to work together to find a solution.  We are where we are and it is important now on how we move forward.”
