Commenting, Rural Fylde Conservative Councillor, Simon Renwick said,

“I am delighted to support Fylde’s Fairtrade effort.  I have been chairman of the council group for over four years now and had great pleasure in signing of the Boroughs application to become an official Fairtrade Borough.  But it’s not just about helping developing farmers, we need to also support our own farmers by buying local produce and trading in local shops.  This is the next campaign that the Conservatives in Fylde will be launching.”
