This week I’ve been attending the Conservative Party Conference in Blackpool. This is agreat opportunity to mingle and meet other members of the party, councillors, MP, and party officials. There has been a real buzz around the Winter Gardens with many well attended speech’s and fringe events.

Will Hague kicked of proceedings on Monday with another fine example of why he’s considered one of the best speech makers since Churchill. I am much looking forward to David Cameron’s speech tomorrow where he’ll set out the key policy’s that the tasks groups have been researching.

I’ll report back on Wednesday my thoughts on Mr. Cameron’s speech.
